The location is easy to reach, the property is quiet, the welcome and availability are great, and the breakfast included in the price is a notable bonus. The room is large and clean, fully equipped. There’s almost nothing else to complain about, except that it’s far from services but you can enjoy the peaceful countryside of Ispica.

Il punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio la pulizia: asciugamani e lenzuola cambiati un giorno si e uno no!!! I padroni di casa sono molto ospitali e delicati. La colazione buona e ricca. Attorno alla casa ci sono frutteti e oliveti e vi regna un gradevole silenzio

The place is positioned right in the middle of Ispica and Santa Maria del Focallo, and the parking is practically next to the room. The toilets were in great shape, and the air conditioning was effective.
