The spot was decent and the breakfast was okay, but I was disappointed when the website claimed the hotel had a swimming pool—my kids were excited, yet there was none; the front desk explained the photos were from 8 months ago, which was let‑down.

The room turned out to be larger than I’d imagined, the place was spotless, and the housekeeping team was friendly, plus the location right next to the shopping center is great, but the front desk never greeted us when we entered or left, which felt a bit unwelcoming.
