The bed was very fluffy, which was a definite plus.

I had no positive points to mention. As soon as I entered the room, two cockroaches were already there—my first time seeing them in a hotel, which was shocking. The bathtub had hair in it, the washlet was broken, and the door stopper was detached from the base; it felt like this was the normal condition, which was unsettling. I would expect a refund.
