The hotel sits just a stone's throw from the station, which is a real plus. At the very end of the night they switched my booking address, the room was tiny but acceptable for a single night; the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom smelled bad and wasn’t very clean.

We only stayed one night, so the checkout time was fine. The room was tiny for the high price. When we arrived the stairs were covered in grime (see photo), and outside our room there were mops and brooms. The staff member who escorted us was rude; when we asked to review the charges he got heated, but after a call with his boss we got a 50 % discount. He told us there was no balcony, yet there was one (very dirty, see photo). The bed was hard, and at night we could hear a lot of noise from outside. Terrible experience, never again in a city like Rome. In the Termini area there are countless hotels that offer a 100‑times better experience at the same rates. They tried to justify it by saying we wouldn’t find cheaper accommodation elsewhere and that elsewhere it would cost 500 € a night.

Don’t trust them. They cancelled my room on the day of arrival, claiming the credit card hadn’t been accepted and had changed it three times (a flimsy excuse). I called immediately and said I would pay right away. They still refused, even though the room was still available, and raised the price to double. They told me to contact another “friend” hotel at the same outrageous price. I’ve never experienced anything like this and felt ripped off.

They cancelled my booking when I arrived, no one was there and there was no explanation. I called and nobody came. It’s not the first time this has happened; another group of girls had the same issue. A scam and a bunch of scoundrels, to put it mildly. DO NOT BOOK.
