We were a group of about thirty people arriving late; the staff went above and beyond to give us quality service despite computer glitches and the late hour; the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable.

Upon arrival I was offered another hotel, Otel Altinnal, same price, 3‑star, and I got a tidy room that was fine for one night right next to the originally booked hotel; the gentleman walked all the way with me, which was nice, and I got breakfast here; I had nothing to complain about, I didn't expect ultra‑luxury.
