Every room had air‑conditioning and was very clean, the hotel was very affordable and easy to find, the staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions, and I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this hotel.

The bathroom was nice, the beds were comfortable, the EV charger in the car park cost £15, but there was no bar fridge in the room, which is quite small.

The staff were close to the address where we worked, the place was clean, but I would have liked a little more equipment in the bathroom.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative, the hotel was clean and accessible, but I was hoping there was a pub or restaurant nearby.

It was exactly what I needed on a long drive from Edinburgh to Dover: an easy‑access hotel by the highway with free parking and fast check‑in; the room was clean and cozy, it took a bit to warm up with the AC; I stayed in room 3, which didn’t face the parking lot or the road, so it was very quiet inside; the bed was fairly comfortable, the shower was very good; overall the hotel looked very clean and tidy, which is not common for roadside hotels, so I appreciated that; the price was super fair.
