It’s cheaper than other options, but there’s no management on site, no response to messages, and the gardening at 5 am is noisy.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our reservation was cancelled, and we had to fight hard to secure a room. The place was filthy, the air‑conditioner kept turning off, the sofa was stained and disgusting, and there were holes under the door letting in insects and other animals.

The location is great if you have transport, the rooms are big, quiet, and the staff are friendly. However, the staff promised to fix the TV and bring water bottles but didn’t do so until you went to reception; the water delivery never arrived, there was no TV remote, and the TV wouldn’t turn on. These small problems explain why the rating is low, even though the staff are still good and just need better management and training.
