“Inadequate Facilities”
The location is excellent, the surroundings are clean, and check‑in and check‑out were prompt. The staff were courteous. The bathroom, however, wasn’t properly cleaned, hot water stopped after 10 am, the shower curtain was missing, and there was no toilet roll or paper to dry the toilet seat because the curtain wasn’t there. Glasses for drinking water weren’t in the room, and a hot water kettle was absent. Wi‑Fi was also unavailable. The hotel should consider providing a kettle and glasses.
