The hotel is located away from a city you don’t want to stop in; it’s the only somewhat quiet spot. The first impression on arrival is a strong, low‑quality scent that fills the corridors, and one wonders what it’s hiding. The huge thermal center feels old and poorly maintained. In the bathroom it looks like floods have damaged the furniture, and the shower curtain has mildew. The thermal center’s access is oddly arranged: mixed, women only, mixed again, then men only. The spa’s lack of cleanliness mainly comes from the majority of guests who lack basic hygiene. It’s very disappointing.

Service, food, and pool were good. The entrance and parking were lacking.

The rooms were functional but clearly showed wear and age; some furniture and fixtures looked worn and would benefit from renovation. Overall the stay was acceptable, yet a refresh would greatly improve the experience.

The restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds. The only downside was that the pool seemed to need a bit more maintenance, but we still enjoyed the thermal water. All in all, we would return to this hotel.
