The place is well‑located, but the minibar was broken.
“Muito boa”
The environment was fine, but the front‑desk staff were unhelpful, unfriendly, and unwilling to provide requested information; they seemed poorly trained and lacking qualification, which left a bad impression.
Café da manhã bom. Quarto limpo. Acomodação super boa, bem central. A cama poderia ter um colchão melhor. Era meio mole
“No meu caso, foi um excelente custo benefício.”
The location, breakfast, and service were good, yet the old room door makes a noise when opened or closed and doesn't block ambient sound—though it didn't bother me much. At breakfast, they should offer butter instead of just margarine.
“tolerável”
Only the location was worth mentioning; the Wi‑Fi failed for both days I stayed.
