The place was clean and the self‑check‑in was convenient, though the electronic panels were slow to activate. The pillows (the Joya mattress) were average and the self‑check‑in panels had intermittent issues.

The shower pressure and temperature were spot on, and the common areas were great, but the bed was only 1.40 wide, which felt a bit cramped.

The terrace offered a lovely view, and the house itself (not the rooms) looked beautiful; the location is a little remote, yet surrounded by nature with kiosks and activities nearby—all walkable. The worst part was the entry system that required a number—hard to use, worked inconsistently, and sometimes the main door stayed open because people didn’t shut it properly (probably the door’s fault), which put us in a bad mood. On the terrace there were no loungers or chairs, so we had to sit on the floor watching the hill.

It was a really lovely place, a 15‑minute walk from the centre yet very quiet; self‑check‑in was easy with clear instructions, the tea and coffee facilities were excellent, the space was great, and the shower was the best we’ve had in South America – I’d definitely stay again.
