Great location, great staff, very comfortable rooms, and a nice meal downstairs—nothing to complain about.

The location was superb: a 10‑minute walk to the hospital in the morning and a 15‑minute walk to Lygon Street in the evening, where you can catch the cinema, dine at Tiamos Italian restaurant, or browse book shops. The bathrooms were tastefully fitted with gorgeous tiles and taps, and the bed was very comfortable with crisp white sheets.

The room was big and the on‑site restaurant was a real treat. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. I didn’t realize there was no elevator in that old building, so lugging my suitcase up two flights of stairs was a hassle—next time I’ll pack lighter.
