The hotel is relatively new, beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff were absolutely wonderful, arranging adjoining rooms and a larger one for us because we were traveling with kids, and they even offered us a complimentary bottle of alcohol. Both the reception and breakfast teams went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, making our stay truly enjoyable. The pools were quite cold, but that’s pretty standard in Greece. The only downside was the pool cleanliness and the lack of in‑room amenities such as cotton swabs and room slippers, which you’d normally expect from a 5‑star hotel.

The location and welcome were solid, and the spa was decent, especially thanks to a very skilled therapist. The restaurant, however, didn’t match the hotel’s level; the table service felt under‑trained, and the prices were far too high for the food and service quality.

Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, yet having hot water for tea and a coffee machine would cut down on needless waiting for the waiters.
