“Bastante acceptable”
The mattresses were comfortable, but there was no safe and the breakfast was the same every day; a bit of variety at least every other day would help.

The property was clean and convenient, and there was nothing else to note.

Janette, the staff member, was very helpful, kind, and accommodating, and I felt secure staying at Hampton Inn while traveling alone; the 24‑hour coffee and fresh baked cookies were a nice touch and breakfast was good; the elevators stopped working during my checkout, but they were fixed quickly.

I liked the hotel and the breakfast, and there was nothing else to mention.

The place was clean, but hidden fees appeared, and the staff seemed severely understaffed—emails went unanswered and phone calls left on hold; they did their best, yet management needs to better support them.
