The location was exactly what we needed; we came to sleep there, and the three separate single beds were very good.

The owner of the residence is a very good woman, friendly and sincere. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

I do not agree with the claims about a lack of cleanliness that we saw before arrival. The room was tidy and clean everywhere we looked; there were spider webs, yes, but only outside the building. The staff were very friendly and helpful—languages known (apart from Czech): English and Russian/Ukrainian. If we had wanted, we could have had parking inside. The common areas of the house were large, clean, and well equipped, basically everything we could need. The location was also very good for our purposes (visiting Prague and relaxing by nearby lakes). There was nothing we disliked. There were only a few minor details that could be "better," although honestly speaking: it would have been demanding additional luxuries for a really reasonable price in our view. Example: In the toilet there could have been a spare roll of toilet paper somewhere—there wasn’t a shortage, but after one night it was so low that we pointed it out, worried whether there would be enough. Luckily when we returned from sightseeing it had already been replaced with a full roll.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation and especially with the hosts. Very pleasant people. I didn’t find anything that was bad.
