This spot is a real treasure: cozy, beautiful, and welcoming. The family’s charm and hospitality set it apart, and the location lets you rent bikes to explore Lake Kawaguchiko’s scenery. I can’t doubt it—they serve the best breakfast I’ve had on my entire Southeast Asian trip, absolutely tasty and a must-try. The room needed a desk, and the price is a bit steep.

A very caring host who took the time to ask about my dietary preferences and served a wonderful, nutritious breakfast! Also recommended the best places to hang out for souvenir shopping or sightseeing. I highly recommend this place for your stay — just a 15-20 minute walk to Kawaguchiko Station and the lake. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you so much for hosting me!. The host was very particular about the food and would knock the door at 8 am to call for breakfast, but it’s only fair because they prepared those meals very carefully and with a lot of hard work; they wanted their guests to eat well
