Breakfast was solid, giving me a good start to the day.

Location. Breakfast. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room so it was close and too hot. We had an hour to get ready before we had to go into an event. It took half an hour for them to work out it couldn’t be fixed and tell us to pack to move rooms. We ended up leaving so late we needed a black cab. We have been promised a oartial refund but it hasn’t happened

The place is close to the train stations, the metro, and central London; the room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is huge, the room is far from the dining area, the atmosphere feels dead, and the Wi‑Fi in my room was non‑existent and unusable even for basic work.
