The place was clean and comfortable.

This place has a great location, but that's where the good news ends. The whole building feels old and worn out, and the photos online don't even come close to what you'll get. To top it off, the noise from the street and nearby rooms is constant.

This hotel is a total disaster - they don't even have a bathroom in the lobby, let alone in the rooms. I'm still trying to figure out how they manage to stay in business.

I tried to check in using their app, but the staff told me they didn't have any rooms available because of it. I'm not sure what's more frustrating - the fact that the app didn't work or that they're blaming it for their own mistake.
