I stayed in a comfortable room with welcoming staff and free parking that was easy to access, but the lack of an on‑premises restaurant and no breakfast option was disappointing, especially considering the room price.

I found the hotel to be very conveniently located near the Civic, with a great skywalk that could be more prominently marked. Unfortunately, the hotel and parking complex can be quite complex to navigate, feeling like a maze even after multiple visits. Parking was also a challenge for my pickup truck. On a positive note, dining at the Olive was convenient, albeit with slow service.

I loved the hotel's prime location, close to everything I wanted to explore. However, my stay was occasionally disrupted by loud noises coming from above my room or the hallway, which could have been better managed for a more peaceful experience.
