The location is great in the city, breakfast is good, Saudi staff and Bangladeshi staff are excellent, but the rooms need maintenance, the bathrooms and corridors don’t match a 4‑star hotel, and I wish the Egyptian staff in the restaurant would reconsider their approach.

The weather is beautiful, but there are no staff available and the price is high.
