The location, view, and breakfast were good.

The sunset view was gorgeous, and the food was good with breakfast exceeding expectations. However, the bathrooms and toilets could really use a renovation.

The staff are excellent, especially the lady Gabriela who makes the place wonderful; nothing else was lacking.

The staff are warm and helpful, apart from the caretaker, and the location is superb—a great base for hikes, with an amazing view from the third floor and extra trail maps (codes provided) of varying lengths in the room brochure; evenings on the lounge chair watching the sunset are simply beautiful. On the downside, the shared women’s bathrooms and toilets seemed untouched for two days, with hair and dead flies on the floor, which was disappointing for a place of this caliber.
