Hyatt Regency Chongqing Hotel

“An excellent place to have one's exciting acquintance with a most vibrant city”

The hotel lives up to the Hyatt Regency brand, offering maximum comfort, efficient staff, and rooms packed with every possible amenity; a special thanks to Ms. Karena Jiang and Bella Zhang for their outstanding professionalism and service that surpassed expectations. A bit more English training for the staff would make their efficiency even better.

“We liked it”

The breakfast was excellent, the location was good, the staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the non‑smoker room had a clear smoking history and the AC couldn't control the humidity.

“A satisfactory stay with good facilities, but improvements are needed in room comfort, housekeeping consistency, and ser”

The hotel lived up to my expectations of a five‑star property: the room was clean, spacious, and the location was convenient, and the facilities were generally well maintained. I had stayed at The Westin for two nights before moving here, and the Westin’s room comfort and pillow quality were noticeably better. The design here feels more traditional than modern, the bathtub in my room couldn't be filled properly, and housekeeping didn't consistently replenish missing amenities and supplies each day. Additionally, some staff members could improve their service attitude and attentiveness.
