Atendimento e estrutura

The lodge is wonderful—everything is new, well maintained, with signed furniture, a spacious room, heated pool, excellent restaurant, extremely flexible breakfast hours, helpful and polite staff, and very efficient service; the beach spot is great, but the beach service could improve by providing more lounge chairs.

The lodge is marvelous both for its location and its fantastic architectural design; every detail was considered, even the décor, and I liked everything—excellent service from the manager and staff, no complaints.

The best hotel we've ever stayed at in Patacho, without a doubt. Everything is flawless: the accommodation, the kitchen, the service across all areas, and even the gym, where they provide fruit and protein bars so you can work out before breakfast. The landscaping is stunning, the pool area is super comfortable, and the room is exquisitely tasteful, designed for comfort, relaxation, and privacy. The flexible breakfast hours and nightly housekeeping make a huge difference. This place is truly where you can rest in the best possible way!
