“It’s fine just the value of money comes when everything is inline. They should rethink about their breakfast”

The hotel's modern appearance and accessibility were definite positives, but unfortunately, the breakfast timings were a major letdown. Starting at 9 AM was too late for my work schedule, and I was disappointed that the staff didn't show more flexibility in accommodating my needs. It's a shame, because the hotel's amenities and location could have been great, but the inflexibility on breakfast timings made my stay less than ideal.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, which was a welcome respite from the initial issues I encountered. Unfortunately, the rooms didn't quite live up to the photos, and I was initially given a smaller room than I had booked. However, the staff were willing to work with me to find a solution, and I ended up in a larger room that was decent, if not perfect. It was a bit of a hassle, but the staff's helpfulness made up for it.

“Not happy. No value for money”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointment from start to finish. The location was obscure, making it difficult to find, and the facilities were very basic. There was nothing about my experience that stood out as particularly positive, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or convenient stay.

“Friendly and helpful staff, but the property needs better maintenance and cleanliness”

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel staff's warm hospitality, particularly the receptionist who treated us like family. However, the property itself required some attention, with a somewhat shabby appearance at night and poorly maintained rooms that were quite small. The biggest issue was with the hot water supply, which took over two hours to arrive and only allowed one person to bathe before running cold again.
