I didn’t even get to stay at this hotel, and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Despite having a confirmed online booking, the hotelier refused to accept it and was completely uncooperative. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no attempt to resolve the issue. I was left stranded at the last minute with no accommodation. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable—I would strongly advise others to avoid this place

Nothing. The recption, staff behaviour. The rooms were very dirty, dirty linen, dirty towel, no water bottle. The receptionist was rude. There was no lift. I had to carry my luggage to my room, no one helped. Bathroom was dirty. There were ants in the room. I couldnt stay and they did not refund my money

Worst stay ever. The hotel didn’t even had basic amenities. Pathetic. Rude staff, unavailable most of the time, gave us a half empty water bottle to drink from because they didn’t even have glasses and water to drink. Didn’t have plates or even a dustbin in the room, no soap or toiletries or even toilet paper. Had the worst experience, the linen and towels were used and had huge stains over it. It was stinking. And the list can go on
