The hotel sits in a strategic spot in the tourist center of Águas de São Pedro, on Praça Wilson Modesto, between the bus station and the commercial avenue. It’s safe and everything is within walking distance. The facilities are new, rooms are small but fully equipped, and the street noise is well isolated. The staff is very attentive and the room service is proactive. There’s no private parking, but finding street spots is easy. Breakfast isn’t offered, yet the area is full of alternatives and supermarkets. The price is very good compared to older inns farther from the shops. The evaluation criteria are proportional, taking into account the venue’s purpose, niche, cultural and historical context, and its target audience.
