The property felt secluded, with a huge, clean room and the whole site was tidy; the restaurant served excellent food and they gave us two extra towels free even though we only stayed two nights. The safari arrangement was superb, fairly priced and flawlessly run, including transfers, a private safari, water, etc. Paying was a hassle because no card was accepted despite us having five different cards, but Kaith eventually sorted it out via a payment link and was very patient and kind. There weren’t many tourists, yet one mixed‑family group hogged the pool for hours each morning, blasting music at full volume, so we could only relax for about half an hour before lunch after they left. I’d prefer such disturbances be prevented. Because our train arrived late we used the hotel’s transport service; I’m not sure if the rates were set by them or the driver, but they added €20 for an hour’s delay even after we warned them. Fortunately they reduced the penalty and also lowered the taxi fare for our later departure to another city, so overall they accommodated us.
