It was a super pleasant experience, I was received with attention and courtesy, the surroundings were clean and comfortable. I recommend it and plan to return. What I find negative isn’t about the location but the check‑in and check‑out times: arrival at 15:00 and departure at 11:00, which isn’t fair to the consumer.

“Proprietário desrespeitoso”

Nice location and well equipped. We rented for two days and left before the end of the period because of a lack of security. A man appeared without prior notice in front of the cabin at night, claiming to be the owner, but we had never met him before. Worse, we were naked because we didn’t expect anyone, as the space was rented. He went to the cabin without trying to call or message to say that another older man had approached him, claiming he would stay with us and needed confirmation. When I said we weren’t expecting anyone, he insisted that this unnamed person wanted to spend the night with us in a cabin that has glass doors in both rooms and the two gates to the cabin are closed without any lock. Still frightened, we called the woman who rented the cabin to us, but she didn’t answer, which made us even more worried. As two women, the lack of privacy and the tone of the approach scared us a lot. At checkout, we asked about the woman who gave us the key, and instead of calling, he started arguing with us. When we reported that we didn’t feel safe, the owner dismissed us and said, “if you’re scared it’s because you’re in debt on the street.” He also said no one entered the property, but when we passed the gate to leave, we found it wide open. Turning our romantic weekend into a horror movie. We wouldn’t return or recommend it to anyone.

“A casa em si é tudo que está no anúncio. Porém não tem nada próximo !! Tem que levar tudo !! A subida é bem difícil!! Os”

The place is beautiful and the house feels very cozy, but it’s really far from Guarapari, almost on the border with Vila Velha, so it’s closer to Vila Velha than to Guarapari. Getting up the hill is tough for low‑profile cars, full of stones.
