“great location, amazing beach, non-stop fun, and incredible service”

We had an amazing stay here The location is close to a large local market and surrounded by all the amenities you need. The beach is very clean and super close, keeping my child happily entertained the entire time. A big shoutout to the staff for being so warm, helpful, and welcoming. The daily evening shows were a fantastic touch, and the food was good. Special heartfelt thanks to the reception desk, the restaurant team, and housekeeping for taking such great care of us. Highly recommended for families

The location was fine and Mr. Rafaelo was friendly, yet some staff were rude and seemed to favor foreign guests over Egyptians, which felt discriminatory.

Nothing positive to mention; the so‑called Aqua Park with its three‑slide water slide was permanently closed, the pool area lacked any safety measures, and towels disappeared after 2 pm. Food was poor and never replenished, while towels in the rooms were dirty and the rooms themselves were unclean. Nighttime was constantly disrupted by loud arguments, even prompting a police intervention because other guests were harassing us. Beverages ran out, the cooling system was broken, and the elevator was frequently out of service. There were countless other issues, and after repeated complaints nothing changed, so we cut the stay short. When we used the restroom, we returned to find our lounge chairs taken and our belongings shoved aside—an overall terrible hotel.
