The welcome was kind and helpful, and Mr. Orkhan assisted us with transport while Mr. Said, Narmin, and Nazli handled check‑in; Mr. Togrul and his restaurant team were also great, and the gentlemen who carried our bags always had a smile. It felt like a refreshing change from our previous stay in Balku, where everyone was super hospitable. The only downside was that the hotel was a bit away from the city centre, but the taxi arranged by the hotel and the very kind driver Ishmat made it easy.

Very beautiful location and we got a free upgrade to a pool view. Thanks to the wonderful staff. Prices of the food at the restaurant were expensive
