Good room. Some cleaning issues were noted, but nothing major.

The service and reception quality were impeccable. The hotel kindly offered to drop us off at the bus stop to continue our journey—thank you! Some guests leave their utensils in front of their doors, which could easily be eliminated. The hotel could, for example, prohibit such a practice.

The spot is close to the ferry terminal, the room feels brand‑new and spotless, the breakfast is solid, and there’s a clear split between smoking and non‑smoking areas.

The reception was flawless and the hotel and rooms were impeccably clean; the bedding and equipment deserve praise; the spa area with a jacuzzi is pretty nice, though not super quiet; it’s conveniently a few minutes from the ferry and the city center, offering great value for money. The room service lagged a bit.
