The ambience, cleanliness, efficiency, friendliness of the staff, and tasty meals made me want to come back for a longer stay, but the cold bed at night might be a deal‑breaker for me. I would have preferred an electric blanket; the night was cold, and for a place described as luxurious, a warm bed should be standard and up to the guest to decide if needed.

The Lodge, Spa and Restaurant were of outstanding quality. Fine Dine experience par excellence. The Buffet breakfast was delicious. high quality. From the moment we arrived until the day we left we were treated friendly and professionally. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite. The suite was comfortably furnished. Bed fit for a king. Linen was spotless. Bathroom very spacious with a His & Hers shower. Our room was serviced very late. Near 12 noon

The open space, lake, and mountain view were great, and if you need to calm your nerves, the massage was also wonderful. There was no room service.

The staff kept checking in on us and did a great job preparing our room, and there was nothing else to complain about.
