The room was roomy and tastefully decorated, and they even stocked milk in the fridge for coffee, plus wine and cookies—a lovely touch! Fresh towels were delivered daily, the spot was fantastic, and the vibe was great. The only downside was that the towels were a bit gray and not fluffy, though that didn’t ruin the beautiful experience; we’d definitely return.

The hospitality was excellent—family‑run, cozy rooms, and the whole place is well kept with lovely sitting spots and a beautiful veranda. Getting there was a slight hassle, but not a big deal. No breakfast nearby, August is too hot, and during peak times the city gets very crowded.

The place sits in the heart of Safed’s charming alleys, right near the artists’ lane; the view is breathtaking and the staff are kind, pleasant, and welcoming. I highly recommend the spa massages—professional and amazing therapists made the experience especially indulgent, and the hammam is also highly recommended, completing the experience perfectly. It’s a great spot to pamper yourself, relax, and enjoy Safed’s unique atmosphere. However, there were a few issues: guests stayed over us and moved furniture at night, causing heavy noise that disrupted sleep; also, when we arrived, the cleanliness level wasn’t what we expected and could have been better.
