メトロ線から徒歩5分程でアクセスがいいです。バチカン市国にも歩いていけます。対応してくださったスタッフさんがとても丁寧なナイスガイでした。(^o^) ミラノからの電車の遅れで到着が24時近くになったにも関わらずメールて丁寧に対応してくださいました。次の日にバチカン市国でのムービー撮影や写真撮影をやり過ぎて携帯の電池切れになってしまい！ドアの暗証番号が分からなくなってしまいました。同じアパートのご近所さんのサポートで電話してもらって急遽玄関ドアを開けに来てもらいました。次回ローマを訪れる時も宿泊しようと思いました。. ホテルと思ったら遠隔案内のアパートメントだったのでドアの解除にもちいる暗証番号の入力に手こずりました。代金がリーズナブルだっだので宿泊を予約しましたが、このタイプの宿泊施設は初めてだったので大変苦労しました。しかし今となれば良い経験をさせて頂いたと感謝しております。エアコンが完備されていないみたいでしたので夏場は厳しいかなぁと思いました。

雖然沒有早餐但是外面會有附很多小餅乾！！而且還有牛奶跟好喝果汁. 要注意一點就是浴室是共用的～我們是兩個女生一起去住，第一天晚上其他房客是男生，洗完澡會在走廊遇到，介意的人要考慮一下。

“A due passi dalla Città del Vaticano”

The property is set up for remote check‑in, and all the doors can be controlled and opened via a web link. It’s just a short walk from the Vatican City and nice to stroll along the streets. Despite the Wi‑Fi being available, I wasn’t given the password, and with the short stay I couldn’t ask the owner. The place is basically in the center of Rome, so without a private garage it’s a bit hard to find a parking spot for the car. The property wasn’t spotless, but since I was only there for one night it was more than acceptable.

“Cozy Home.”

What a lovely place to stay! The room was spotless, adorable, and beautifully decorated. Giuliano has a wonderful sense of style and an incredible eye for detail! From the perfectly coordinated colors to the lovely rugs, cozy bedding, and charming little decorations, every detail was so thoughtfully chosen. The whole room felt warm and inviting, almost like stepping into my own beautifully decorated bedroom. I absolutely loved it! I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to a lovely lady I met in the building. When I first arrived, I was a little confused about how the elevator worked and how to complete the self check‑in. Despite my confusion accidentally delaying her elevator ride, she was incredibly kind and patient, and even helped me call Giuliano. It was such a heartwarming act of kindness from a complete stranger, and I truly appreciated it! Giuliano was also very kind and helpful. He patiently guided me through the check‑in process and made sure I understood how to unlock the doors and use the facilities before leaving. I really appreciated his care and attention. I had a very comfortable stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with the Vatican just a 10‑minute walk away and a 24‑hour supermarket conveniently located nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this lovely little place to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you, Giuliano!

The station is close by and there is an elevator, so even large luggage isn’t a problem; the staff were friendly. The shower, however, often ran cold, the drainage was poor and water pooled, and there was mold in the shower room.
