The place looks beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the pool is well maintained. Breakfast is tasty and includes everything you need. It's fairly close to Negombo beach, which is noisy and bustling, yet the hotel itself stays very quiet. The location is a bit far from the city, which is quite large, but that also keeps it peaceful. During our stay, there was no hot water.

We stayed just one night to catch our return flight. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent and plentiful. It's very close to the main street where the restaurants are. There is a pool, but we couldn't use it.

I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was lovely, with a few minor cosmetic flaws. The bed was great, the air conditioning worked, and breakfast was pretty good. The couple hosting us were super friendly and helpful. The pool was fine.

The location is great, just a short walk from the airport. The pool was fabulous, and the rooms were a good size. The owner was very helpful and let us stay until our taxi arrived at 7pm; he was very accommodating. The mattress protector made sleeping a little uncomfortable and the undersheet kept sliding around a lot.
