I booked at a set price, but when I arrived the hotel tried to charge me 60 soles more. The service was terrible and the advertising was misleading.

I booked through Booking and when I arrived they said there were no rooms available and that I had to cancel. I tried to cancel through Booking but it wouldn’t let me because I was already past check‑in time. I tried to contact the hotel and never received a response.
