The lobby and the rooms were spacious, and the ice‑cream service in the lobby was nice, but the blankets felt old and never got that fluffy feel, the robe came in a plastic wrapper which was disappointing, and the nearby steel plant made a lot of noise.

The staff were kind. I was a little confused at first with how to use the lighting and air conditioning.

The front desk staff spoke Japanese fluently and were extremely helpful, and the snack corner let us freely grab toast, cereal, milk, and coffee whenever we wanted. There seemed to be a pickup service, but I couldn’t figure out how to use it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and while it offered a beautiful room, I did have some issues with noise from the other guests. The room itself was lovely, but unfortunately, the thin walls made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep due to the constant chatter and noise from the neighboring rooms. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff.
