The location and AC worked well. The only downside was there was nowhere to put your clothes.

The best two things about this place are 1. the location 2. the staff, most of whom, oddly enough, I seldom saw but were especially pleasant and helpful over Whatsapp. The bed was comfortable. There is an in‑house laundry service for only 35 bhat per kg, which is a good price, and your clothes will smell very nice :) I was here for a week, which was too long. You will do just fine if you only need to crash for two or three days. The sheets were clean but had old stains on them I am pretty sure were blood. The walls are paper thin so be aware you will hear everything and be heard: think of that before you *ahem* decide to have a romp in your bed. The bathroom does stink up pretty easily despite a grill venting into the hall. The breakfast was subpar – bread, Nutella, stale corn flakes and coffee that had the taste and consistency of cheap sesame oil. I've stayed at other small Bangkok hotels in the same price range and had better.

The staff were incredibly cooperative and ready to help whenever I needed something, and the hostel’s close proximity to the town center was a real bonus. The rooms I stayed in were tidy, and the staff were friendly to all guests. I don’t have a red card to show.

The location is great. The toilet is plastic and the space is tight for two people.
