Everything was spotless, the staff were available and kind, and the reception gave a very good welcome – in short, everything was excellent.

The people who work here are kind and attentive, the breakfast and dinner are superb, and the tram to the center stops right at the entrance. The only downside is the stool at the table is too narrow, and the soap in the shower for disabled guests is hard to reach from the seat.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was generous. The room and bathroom were cramped, the blinds didn’t work, and the bedding needs improvement.
