The pool and chairs were pretty good, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The room could use a little update: the mattress isn’t very comfortable, the sheets feel too thin, and a small chair would be a nice addition.

The dining room manager was very friendly, and the evening meal was lovely. The cleaning staff were also friendly. When we arrived, we were told we didn’t have a room because of a supposed leak, so we were sent to a substandard hotel for two days. When we returned, the Deluxe room turned out to be a plain double—nothing deluxe about it. It needed repainting, had stains on the bathroom wall, a weird picture on the wall, and a faulty safe. The double bed was actually two singles pushed together with a hard wooden bit down the middle. The evacuation plan on the back of the door was in Greek. We could hear all the noises from outside; it felt like the patio doors were open. We came in September, on a cold windy evening, and the curtains were moving, so we had to ask for a blanket. The seats around the pool that we used in the evening were wet on two occasions because of rain; there was nowhere undercover, everything was slatted wood. The evening meal was tasty, but the breakfast was lukewarm. I would not stay here again.

The place sits on a small hill next to the main road, is clean, and noiseless. The beach is 10 minutes away from the hotel, so getting there was no problem. The staff are exceptional, and they solved the issue with our booking in a way that made us feel very comfortable.

The staff were great! Everyone was kind and helped with every request. The atmosphere was good, with music at the pool and the overall hotel very calm. The jacuzzi was not clean, the rooms were a bit old and we were not given body soap during room cleaning, and breakfast was not fresh.

The hotel’s beauty, its warm décor, the very friendly and helpful staff, the varied breakfast, the pool, and the stunning sunset view were all wonderful. The only downside was that the sheets were never changed during our week‑long stay, and the outdoor area with water jets was not heated, so we couldn’t really enjoy it in May.
