Hotel y Termas Huife in Pucon features four thermal swimming pools, a spa, and a garden restaurant. Rooms and apartments have private bathrooms and LCD satellite TVs. The tour desk arranges horse riding, canopy, mountain biking, trekking, and fishing. Amenities include a fitness centre, business centre, free Wi‑Fi, a shuttle to Huife hot springs, and on‑site parking.

The place was good, staff were very attentive. However, breakfast lacked bread for sandwiches; they only offered canapé-style bread used for lunch and dinner. The restaurant needs better preparation; the meat was tough.

The facilities are solid, with spacious pools that seemed almost empty during the national holidays. The rooms were very good—large, comfortable, and equipped with tea or coffee accessories and a decent minibar. The location and walking areas were nice. The breakfast, however, was the weakest part; they overhype the DIY approach and offer little variety.

I loved the dreamy scenery and the friendliness of the staff, especially the restaurant team and Roberto, who was a delight and everyone was very attentive. I didn’t like that there were no covered pools; in winter it’s a bit unpleasant, especially when leaving the only semi‑covered pool. The mattresses are very old, and the price is high for low season. I also disliked that massages weren’t available because the staff had to leave early, and the restaurant prices are steep.
