Facility cancelled my booking without any notification to me?. I had to make alternative arrangements at an exorbitant rate!. Booking was cancelled by facility management WITHOUT any notification to me and I had to make alternative arrangement at "surge Pricing" due to late/last minute booking

The TV package was nice and the wifi was good, but I wish the pool had been open and I saw bugs in the room.

The room was somewhat clean, and unlike a previous hotel we stayed at, we didn’t see any roaches; the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the water temperature kept swinging between cold, very hot, and then cold again. My boyfriend and I felt bad for the staff member on duty—he handled everything from mowing the lawn to cleaning the rooms—and I felt bad for asking him for fresh towels, the wifi password, or anything else that bothered us, especially the card key for the room. Over the course of the week we had to see him three times because the card wasn’t working, and one day we even waited 20‑30 minutes because he wasn’t there. Overall, it was okay.
