I booked a room for my family, and they were supposed to arrive in Kolkata, but at the last moment the hotel called and said it was closed. It was a stressful day finding another place, and the hotel management was very bad. I don’t recommend them.

I stayed in a tidy, spotless room that felt like home, and every staff member was active and helpful; the manager, Mr. Sourav, was particularly polite and supportive, so I recommend this place to everyone. There were no complaints at all.
