My partner and I had a very good experience. We especially liked the bathroom, which was very clean, modern, and well maintained, with fresh towels of good quality. We also appreciated the high‑quality soaps and shampoos, a detail we valued a lot. Overall, the whole building looks new, tidy, and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, so we rested well. We also want to highlight the staff’s service; everyone we interacted with was professional and kind. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with fresh fruit of many varieties, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, boiled and scrambled eggs, plus a wide selection of sweet items. On the downside, we found remnants and belongings of previous guests in the refrigerator and in one of the drawers, indicating those spaces weren’t properly checked or cleaned before our arrival. The curtains also needed cleaning, as the lower part showed visible dirt. Another important point was the lack of clear evacuation signage; when we left our room, we struggled to identify the emergency exit direction because we didn’t see sufficiently visible illuminated signage indicating the exit route.
