“Satisfecho”
The staff were great, and the beds and bathrooms were top quality. I couldn't find anything to complain about – it was an exceptional place to stay.
The place is amazing, but I had my reservation cancelled without any notification; when I arrived the staff delivered the bad news and I had to find another place.
“Mal servicio”
They didn't honor the reservation at all – the booking was cancelled on the day we were supposed to arrive. It was a major let‑down and left us scrambling for another place.
