“Awful, left after 10 mins”
I never actually stayed there. I booked the room but was told it was “rented out” even though I had already paid. I asked to see photos of the replacement property, but they were denied and I was only told its location and where the keys would be. The keys to our door were left in a cupboard in a shared bathroom, so anyone could have taken them before us even if we wanted to stay. They refused a refund even though we didn’t stay, which was shocking.
