The Beetham Park Motel in Hamilton features spacious rooms with TVs offering free channels, free Wi-Fi, and broadband internet access. Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, fully functional kitchens, and comfortable furniture. On-site parking is conveniently located right outside each room. The motel is within walking distance of Waikato Stadium and Hamilton Gardens, and 30 minutes' drive from Hamilton Airport.

The location was convenient, not far from the city, and the unit had a nice leather couch and was tidy and clean. I’m not sure about anything else.

I’m grateful for the location, the staff, and the privacy. The heat pumps needed cleaning, and if possible the carpet should be replaced because it still smells old.

There was absolutely nothing positive; it fell far short of any four‑star motel expectations. There was no front desk on site, so we had to go to the neighboring motel and spend 20 minutes on paperwork even though everything had already been booked and paid for online. The furniture was shabby, the room constantly smelled bad, and we were four people in a room meant for six but only got two glasses. The shower water pressure was extremely high and could not be adjusted, making it almost unbearable. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, there was no heating in the rooms, and when we unfolded the extra blanket because it was cold, particles fell onto the sheets. To top it off, we had to wait for someone to come check the room before we could leave, which felt like a hassle. The welcome was off‑putting from the start, and I would not recommend this place at all.

The room was clean and spacious, but the downstairs accommodation made it difficult for someone with a disability to access the veranda from the car.
