JAZ Soma Beach

“Service is really amazing!”

The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Mr Panda was very attentive and made sure everything was fine. The beach is good. If you have a later flight there’s a shower room available; they also gave us food to take to the airport. The food is the only thing that could still improve.

“Unforgettable”

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say that everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was impressed by the outstanding level of service, attention to detail, cleanliness, comfort, and overall hospitality. What truly made my stay special was the incredible staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They always went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and positive attitude made me feel more like a valued guest than just a customer. The entire team deserves a huge thank you for their hard work and dedication. It is clear that they take great pride in what they do, and their excellent service makes a real difference. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and every detail reflects the care and professionalism of the team. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, excellent service, and a truly memorable stay. A very special thank you to the incredible guy Mr. Nasser, the customer relation officer really thank you 🙏, Ms.Donia from the reception and Ahmed Hatem from the Beach bar and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable, enjoyable, and unforgettable. I will definitely be coming back again!

“Wonderfull hotel”

We were blown away by the hotel – the staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms spotless, and the beach was sandy and enjoyable. A big shout‑out to Mr. Nasser, who reached out before our arrival to confirm our arrival time and accommodation preferences; when we got there, everything matched our requests even though we arrived more than three hours before the usual check‑in time, and he kept checking in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was fine. I also want to thank Ms. Julia from the guest relations team for smoothing our check‑in and preparing a snack box for us at checkout, even though we hadn’t asked for it. Mina from the lounge bar was cheerful and mixed the best drinks, and Fathy from housekeeping made our stay wonderful – I can’t wait to return.

We had such an amazing stay at Jaz Soma Beach. Everything was really great — the food, the service, the sea, the pool, and especially the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our time there. A special thank you to Mr. Nasser from Guest Relations. From the first day, he welcomed us so warmly and was always checking on us and making sure everything was going well. He really took care of us throughout the whole stay until our last day, and we truly appreciated his kindness and effort. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Abdelaziz for everything he did for us during our stay. He was always helpful, kind, and did his best to make our days even better. Thank you to the whole Jaz Soma Beach team for the lovely experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again. ❤️
