Verdure Lotus Grandeur Cruise was the highlight of our two‑week Vietnam adventure. The luxurious lodging, stunning scenery, tasty food, and genuinely friendly crew made it a memorable experience for years to come. We especially liked that the itinerary never rushed us; there was plenty of time to enjoy each stop, relax on the balcony, and simply admire Ha Long Bay’s beauty. The brunch before heading back to the harbor was superb, and Mr. Lucas personally thanked everyone at each table, which was a thoughtful touch. Huge thanks to Mr. Bruce Lee and the whole crew for creating such a warm, welcoming vibe.

We didn’t expect the squid‑fishing activity to be so entertaining. None of our family caught one, but the crew kept joking and showing us the right technique. It turned into a fun evening where guests from different countries laughed together. Afterwards, we chatted with other travelers at the bar while Mr. Tom Cruise mixed excellent cocktails. It would be nice if the evening activities ran a bit later.

The Jacuzzi on the top deck quickly became my favorite spot on board. Sitting there while the cruise drifted past hundreds of limestone islands was incredibly relaxing. The whole ship was spotless, showing the crew’s pride in maintaining a very high standard. Mr. Bruce Lee frequently spoke with guests and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Wi‑Fi wasn’t always stable while sailing, but that’s understandable in the middle of the bay.

I wasn’t expecting to enjoy the morning Tai Chi session, but it became my favorite activity. Standing on the sundeck while the sun rose over Ha Long Bay was incredibly peaceful. It was the perfect way to start the day before breakfast. The onboard atmosphere was calm, never crowded, and ideal for anyone looking to relax. Nothing significant to complain about.

We booked this cruise for our wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our Vietnam trip. The cabin was elegant, immaculate, and surprisingly quiet. During the sunset evening, Mr. Tom Cruise mixed excellent cocktails while soft music created a pleasant ambience. Watching the sun set behind the limestone islets, a drink in hand, left us with an unforgettable memory. The crew also helped us take beautiful photos on the upper deck. The afternoon was slightly misty, but that’s something no one can control.
