There was hot water and the bed was comfortable. However, it wasn’t the location I was told; it was elsewhere, there was no parking, the room was bare, and the towels were awful. The staff shouted at me repeatedly, tried to get me to leave early, and basically made me feel unwanted. Building work was happening next door, and they accused me of breaking a kettle when I finally left, even though I never touched it.

The shared bathroom could use a lot of improvement; the shower has very low water pressure and there are strong unpleasant odors.

The hotel is within walking distance of the pier and the air conditioning works well, but the room was falling apart, the door wouldn’t lock from the inside, the frame was broken, and there was no shade on the window so the strong sunlight woke me up early. They demanded a 1000 THB deposit that was never refunded at checkout, ignored WhatsApp messages, and didn’t list a phone number on Google Maps. Their scooter parking was supposed to be for guests, yet they moved our scooter onto the street. Water was cut off and the pressure was extremely weak, making the stay feel like a poor value for money.

The location is great, close to restaurants and the pier, but the toilets and communal areas smelled bad all the time. The bathrooms didn’t look like they were cleaned often, and the sinks were never cleaned during our stay.
